The service

Notice Board provides private, invite-only boards for families and small groups to share notes, lists, dates and photos. Boards are visible only to people with an invite link.

Your account

You may use the app as a guest with no account, or save your account with Apple, Google or email. Guest accounts live on the device: deleting the app or losing the phone can lose a guest account, so save it if your boards matter. You are responsible for who you share invite links with.

Acceptable use

Be kind on other people's fridges. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property — and not to misuse the service (spam, scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with other users' boards).

Moderation & safety

Board owners can remove posts, remove members, and block members so they cannot rejoin. Any member can report a post to the board owner from the post screen. We may suspend or delete accounts and content that violate these terms, including in response to reports sent via the Contact page.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting to a shared board you allow the people on that board to see it. Posts expire automatically (see the Privacy Policy for lifetimes); removing a post keeps it restorable for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the app improves; material changes will be noted in the app.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
